Midday traffic in Kalentong St in Mandaluyong. Now that I have started teaching English I must make my way through this throng each working day. Riding a jeep to and from I get to watch the Fascinating kaleidoscope that is the streets of Manila.

With high rise skyline in the back ground a new building starts to emerge from the clay of Makati City metro Manila.

Xylophone Player

A large number of the marching bands here feature a xylophone section along with drummers, marching girls. This band is playing in the town square as part of the celebrations for the St Peter & Paul fiesta held last week.

Marching Band

End of last week was the Fiesta for St Peter & Paul here in beautiful down town Poblacion. The marching bands were out in force parading through the streets, this is one of several that dragged the residents out of their houses to party.
